Exceptional Customer Service with new car purchase

Victor was our salesman, very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Eli Goodman did our financing and he was exceptional. We were very pleased with our purchase

Vinny and Kyle were great!

This had to be the best experience I have ever had at any dealership. Vinny got us the car we wanted in little to no time. Kyle was great to deal with and honest as well, they explained everything in detail. These guys are great! would highly recommend and do business with them here again at Venice Toyota. A+++

5 hr wait time

I don't usually write reviews because I don't think they are truthful for the most part. However, I received a notification of a recall for my 4 runner air bag so I made an appointment. I was at the dealership before 8:00am and was told I would be out of pocket for a couple of hrs. I could live with that. after 4 hrs I was getting tired of looking at the same walls. I understand that sometimes dealerships get busy but from where I was sitting it did not appear to be that way. when I questioned the status of my vehicle I was told that it's at least a 3.5hr job. I had asked that an oil change be done (thank goodness it wasn't or I might still be there!!) anyway 5 hrs later I was out of there. OH ya and while I was waiting for my vehicle an energetic salesman came over and tried to buy my vehicle. SOP for the dealership I suppose :-) this is a great place if you have nothing but time on your hands. However, I am a high powered individual who hates to waste time.

Chris was great. Very honest and straightforward. Really worked to make it as easy and simple as possible. Would definitely buy from Chris and Toyota again.

Dedicated caring and trustworthy!!Above and Beyond

We go to Toyota and have been for years. We have thought about other cars but when it comes down to it . Why should we the cars are dependable and the staff is honest. So why start with a new dealer. Actually they are more then our car dealer they actually care about their customers. Not just about making a deal or selling a car. Their. Service department is excellent too. Sometimes u find a good dealership and service is not good Venice is both!! See Omar and Little David Tell them Linda and Bruce sent u . You will be glad u did!!(There other sales people are also very good!)

Fantastic

Went in for a used vehicle that we could finance but nothing in the inventory fit my needs, until Murray suggested leasing for around the same price for a brand new truck of my dreams. My experience wouldn't have been the same if Murray didn't take us off roading in all of our vehicles that we test drove. Murray was exceptionally knowledgeable about leasing and working with your needs. I highly recommend his professional advice and charactor.
