Easiest truck purchase I've ever done.

The purchase experience was the best I've experienced. A straightforward no haggle negotiation. The price was fair and they gave me a premium price for my trade.

Great people and a great deal.

The Internet sales staff at Venice Toyota is fantastic. Even better, the price posted on the Internet for the Highlander I bought was much lower than what I was able to negotiate with another nearby dealer. If you want the best price, take the drive to Venice Toyota.

Bought a low mileage used truck

Called the day before about a paricular truck. Cheryl confiremd they had it available, made an appointment to test drive. I arrived at the appointed time they had the truck ready to go. Total time was about 2 hours, which included, a quick detail and topping off the tank. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Thanks Cheryl, Eli and Venice Toyota, you have a great team!

Routine Maintenance

Came in for just routine maintenance, just an oil change and tire rotation. Although there was an issue and they could not do the oil change, everyone was friendly and was made comfortable!

On a 1 to 10 I wld rate a 9

I would normally give a 10 Murray Wallace was very helpful being I had to decide on leasing another carrola. After being with the Business manager I got very upset. I have been with Toyota in Venice since 2001 and to have a figure put in front of me, and I did not agree with it I was ready to walk out. He worked it out I have always been treated very well at Toyota. Leasing.

Excellent

My auto experienced rodent damage to air filter & wiring. Venice Toyota determined the issue in a timely fashion & had it repaired by 10 am the following day. My service advisor, John Wisner kept me advised of the progress & phoned me when the car was ready. He even offered me a ride home. Outstanding !!
