LEASING OF NISSAN ALTIMA

I HAVE PURCHASED A FEW CARS IN YEARS BUT I MUST SAY THAT THIS LAST CAR LEASED AT SI NISSAN AND YURI MIYAKAWA WAS SO GREAT AND PLEASANT I WILL GO AND SEE HIM AGAIN WHEN I NEED CHANGE MY WIFES CAR AND I WILL ONLY BUY FROM YURI I HIGHLY RECOMEND YURI AND THE REST THE DEALERSHIP STAFF THAKYOU ALL

Never had such a good time leasing a car.

I usually hate this whole car leasing/buying process. Thanks to Yuri (salesman) Dave (mgr) Joe (finance) whom made the process professional, easy & Fun. I leased two other cars from this dealership in the past, but there was something different this time. I can only describe it as a Professionalism & Friendliness which led to a comfort level I never experienced in any of my previous auto purchases in the past. 2016 Nissan Rogue

A very pleasant experience leasing our 2016 Nissan Rogue. We have been leasing cars through this dealership for the past 15 years. I must say that this has been the most pleasurable experience. Friendly/personal/professional/honest

They say your first empresson of someone or something is usually the lasting on. Well, I have known Mr Randazzo for over 7 years, his friendliness, professionalism, patience and honesty in our transactions has kept me with Nissan for over 7 years and in the purchase of over 5 Nissan cars. I REFUSE TO PURCHASE ANYOTHER BRAND.. From just my one experience with this young man , Yuri Miyakawa, I felt the same friendlines, (with respect cause I'm signigfically older) , professionalism, honesty and I must add patience.. I can be quite intensive, but this young man carried himself with the respect you don't see much of nowadays in a place of business. Yuri "is a keeper." ??

we brougt our deal from another dealer and they matched it

we had to shop around and they matched other dealer they were high at first but they helped us later I recommend knowing what other deals are out there

Very good experience.

The lease was ending on my Nissan Altima and I was looking to get into a Rogue. I was not looking forward to it because my prior experiences always left me with the feeling that I got hosed. I ran into Mike at the dealership and told him what I wanted. He worked with me on my priorities and found me nice Rogue with the options and the color I wanted. We were a little far apart in the numbers, but Ismeal came back with a sweet deal. I was planning on going to NJ, but I'm glad I stopped here first.

Happy with my sales experience

Pleasant Experience

I came into Nissan when my lease expired, and after a long over due put off of what I expected to be a trying and stressful experience, I left with a new car, and no headache. I had the pleasure of working with Yuri as my sales rep and I have nothing but rave reviews on him. He was very pleasant, understanding, personable and reasonable as we went through the process. He was not pushy and did not make me feel pressured into buying or agreeing to anything I was not comfortably with. He made sure I was happy and continued to follow up even after I made the deal to make sure everything was going well and I was still happy with the car and experience. I would be more than happy to send friends and family to him in the future with full confidence that they would receive the same excellent customer service and treatment that I received. Because of him, I will continue to shop at this dealership in the future. Thank you Staten Island Nissan, love my new car and looking forward to doing business with you in the future!
