Staff was very efficient in answering questions and knowledgeable about the cars. Brandon is a very easy salesman to work with and Brian was great at his job and fast getting the final paperwork done. Thanks to all who assisted in selling me my new Buick Envista

I love the way that they help me because I choose one

I love the way that they help me because I choose one car, but I didn’t want that Pacific car and they accommodated me with others to choose from William was a very good person to work with

The agen was professional but I got a diagnostic done

The agen was professional but I got a diagnostic done which cost me $175.00. When I checked out he only gave me the receipt. I went back I to ask for a print out of all the recommendations and he still did not provide me with a copy of the diagnostic. I have never had a dealership or shop forgo giving me all recommendations/ diagnostic test.

My brakes are squeaking which they weren’t doing prior to

My brakes are squeaking which they weren’t doing prior to repair. I feel like I’m pressing the pedal too far before it comes to a stop. They were supposed to tell me how much to replace my tire pressure gauges because they said none of them worked. They didn’t. I will be calling/bringing the truck back asap. My work schedule is difficult to navigate returning.

Very professional in the actual shop but I could never get anyone on the phone when I tried to call and I left a voice-mail message that was never returned.

Shawn was great help and said bring your car in, we will

Shawn was great help and said bring your car in, we will look at it today. Another Buick dealer couldn't get me in until a week & a half later. Problem was diagnosed, they suggested with front axel replacement, I should not drive the car. They offered a rental but my friend helped me out. They ordered the parts and by noon on Monday it was repaired. I am glad to know there is a Buick dealership nearby.
