Very informative and helpful.

Very informative and helpful. And I think a few describing words would suffice and the need for 11 more words was summed up in those adjectives I provided. But they were great!

I was very disappointed with the communication process

I was very disappointed with the communication process from the service department. I did not receive a call for almost 24 hours regarding the needed services for my car. I did receive a text from a representative of the dealership within 2 hours to see if I wanted to sell the dealership my car.
