My salesman was very friendly and courteous. They were attentive to our needs and working with us. We enjoyed our experience of buying a vehicle here.

First car I took for a test drive died. And that is after waiting 15 minutes for the guy to pull up the car. Then waited another 15 minutes for them to pull up the second car. This car was in much better condition. Buyers should anticipate 1500 to 2000 in repairs after purchase.

My visit to Your Choice Autos was amazing. Mr. ALI was very knowledgeable and his treatment was like a true professional. We did buy a Infiniti G35 from him mostly because of the good deal that we got and the way we were treated by Mr. Ali. I will recommend this dealer to anybody looking for a great car at a good price and that wants to be treated with respect and professionalism.

The prices are low due to the poor vehicle history's or high mileage. Their inventory of used cars is quite impressive however the quality of 5 out of 7 cars I test drive failed to impress me. As a former mechanic I noticed quite a few lazy repairs that were shortcuts and temporary fixes that I assume we're done at the dealership. One vehicle had a coolant leak and I was told no problems. Another a worn transmission. Its not a terrible dealership but be very careful my friends if you happen to go here.

I came into the dealership to purchase a mini van I seen online, Ali And Sam made my experience awesome! I would definitely recommend working with them to anyone. I worked with Mohammed in the am and mentioned, I hope to be back with my husband later. He told me to ask for Ali, if I come back. Thanks, Mohammed because Ali took in the vehicle on a trade and knew the previous owner and gave it great reviews. Thanks for making our experience great with the awesome service and you weren't too pushy either. Also, after we agreed upon a price, and they did work with us on that, we went to Sam in the finance dept. He also helped us get into an extended warranty. I had questions the next day, and Mohammed jumped back into action to make sure we understood and he too, was great to deal with. By far, I would drive again, another hour to visit this dealership to buy a car. Great job, and great people!

Asked for a bill of sale faxed. Never received person had trouble speaking and writing down info very painful process. I was patient and cool to no avail. No call back when they said they would i aint judgin but good luck to that business

I visited 4 used car dealers in the last week & looked at 12 cars. Your Choice Auto in Waukegan had the largest selection. They were happy to show me all the cars I wanted to look at with NO pressure. They were very honest. I found a 2003 Lexus RX300 with 123k miles & had it inspected by my mechanic, who found it only needed new brakes/rotors & needed the power locks fixed. Your Choice Auto replaced the brakes the very same day at no charge. The sales price was on the low end of the Kelley Blue Book & was in excellent condition for its age. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car, just be sure to have a mechanic inspect the car before your agree to purchase it. I will have my son buy his first car from Your Choice Auto in Waukegan.

5/5...if I need another vehicle in IL, I am definitely coming back. Mohamed and his brother, Sam, and all of the staff at Your Choice Autos are professional, competent, and exceedingly helpful. I was interested in a Corolla, came in the late morning to test it out, asked them to correct a minor issue, and drove away in the evening with everything 100 percent perfect. I got the vehicle at 75 percent of the market value; an incredible, incredible deal! And it was an enjoyable process, to boot. Mohamed was also knowledgeable about inter-state registration and regulations and set me up with everything I needed to know as a first-time car owner. This dealership may seem, at first glance, like a car lot, but its staff are at least as professional and knowledgeable as those at a flashier dealership...and with much better prices, as well. Don't hesitate to visit these guys...seriously, you won't leave disappointed!
