Oil change tire rotation
Had oil change tire rotation. Came home found oily grease hand prints on passenger side door latch, and grease/ oily print marks on inside door arm rest/ window lever area. I Cleaned both areas they both are OK now. Did have seat cover and mat cover. Wash hands before getting in car.

Oil Change
I came in to get the oil changed in my car. Looks like they checked all the fluids and ail filters. Thank you for what you do. Please remember to attach the latch back that?s connected to the glove compartment.

Service review
I was very dissatisfied with my service. December 30, 2020 I received an oil change and tire rotation. Shortly afterwards my tire light came on, however the guy at the dealership told me that if I travel a long distance the light would come on, however I did not have any issues with the tires being flat or not having enough air. After months of the light flashing on every time I traveled a long (i never had this issue while driving throughout the city) I decided to bring the car in to make sure it?s just the light and nothing with the tires. Again I stress I did not have any issues with the tires specifically no flats or anything just the tire light would always trigger. So when I brought my car in on this day I was told that they found a small piece of metal in the tire and it needed to be patched. I paid the 25 dollar fee to have the tire patched however the next day the tire was completely flat. I called back to the dealership to explain to them this issue and I was told to have the car towed back to the dealership (which cost more to have the car towed than I paid to have the tire patched) and then they would inspect the tire to see if they could fix it. I was also told I would not be able to get a refund. I was so dissatisfied with this service. Will never return to this dealership.

Trevor was polite
Trevor was super busy, but he did well. However, the Columbus, Ga AutoNation needs more workers in the service department. Getting the service department to answer phones is frustrating. Joyce is an excellent phone operator, but too often my calls are redirected to voice mail ? asking me to key in my extension, and I have no extension.
