Autonation purchase of 2020 Challenger GT 50th

Didn't have repairs done. Purchased Challenger and experience from start to finish was beyond exceptional (salesman, manager deal, and finance dept.) . I have looked and tracked the car I bought for 9 months and the Autonation team made it happen in a few hours. I highly recommend this dealership. Car repairs warranty

Overall Servicrs needed were completed. There was a problem during holidays with personnel turnover. Then getting in parts. Got car back and it is working good

Service Center Sucks!

I drove one hour and a ten minutes to this service center. We dropped out car off a little before 10am, and explained to them everything that was going on with our cars radio. We told them that we drove from out of town and would be waiting to hear from them but due to the pandemic we choose not to wait in the building. At about 12:30 we finally got through to someone in sales because contacting the service center was impossible! They finally told us that there was a mix up and they would get to our car after lunch about 1pm. About 12:35 we get a ?text? stating that our cars radio needed to be updated and it wasn?t covered under our extended platinum warranty and it would cost $86 to update. I immediately went to the uconnect website, put my vin number in and it stated that there was no update needed because my car radio was up to date. So I told them I would just come back and get my car and deal with it the issue. When I got back to the service center the representative stated that my radio was up to date and if the same problem I told them about on the phone and in person continued then bring it back and it would be covered under the warranty. I was stupidly standing there like what was the purpose of being my car there and you not fixing it and then trying to get money out of me for some ghost update?

The staff was courteous, I was greeted each time I entered the facility over a two to three day period while I decided on a vehicle of choice. My experience with the staff and my sales person Mr. Vannoy was awesome and he was patience while I made my decision, no hasseling.

Purchase of 2019 dodge journey

The purchase process was done from a distance, it was a smooth process. However after the car was sent to the repair area nobody took a look at it for a week.

Air tire pressure indicator.

Had a tire pressure indicator replaced what cost me $220.00 minus $50.00 for the part. The cost of the part was not a problem. The $170.000 labor was a little much. For just replacing a tire stem don't you think?
