2014 Dodge Charger Repair
On January 20, 2021 I had an 0830 am scheduled appointment to have my car serviced for an front end alignment and tires rotated. As always I was asked did I want to leave my car or wait. I choose to leave it, because I just got off work and was tired. Robbie told me that he would call or text me. My ride picked me up. I got up around 3:00 pm realizing that I had not received a call or text. I called, and realized that I could not get through, and so I had someone to drop me off. I was told that Robbie had to leave for the day, and to go sit down until they found my ticket. This was at 3:30 pm. I did go to the waiting area. I noticed that the were calling everyone except me. At 4:45 pm I went back to the desk, and was told that they just started looking at my car. I was told again to go seat down. I told the lady with the short brown hair that this makes no sense. I reiterated that this makes no sense, and that I dropped my car off at 0830 in the morning and the time that it is now. She tried to hush me up which made me even angrier. She told me that just I may have had an appointment with them, but she can't help what goes on in the service department. I asked her what sense does it make for me to have an appointment versus not having one. She replied that you can't bring your car up here without an appointment, I was told to go have a seat again, and that I would be called when it was ready. At 5:15 pm I was called, and then told that the services to my car could not be done. I just stood there in disbelief. I was told that I needed an electro hydro powersteering pump, rack and pinion, outer tie rod, coincides with rack, and four new tires, before I could get an alignment. The amount was around $3,584.21 and another price of $7,490.76. I just stood there because of the outrages quote, and nothing ever being done. I have never been so....... I cannot even put it into words. No apology no nothing. I knew at that time the new owner was at the facility, because it was brought up in earlier conversation when I dropped my car off. I just left, and still cannot believe this has happened to me.

I must say that I was EXTREMELY disappointed to learn that Robbie was no longer with the company. Robbie has taken care of me with both of my Jeep vehicles since I can remember. Needless to say, Ashley stepped up to the plate and she hit a home run in my book! I trust Ashley just as I trusted Robbie. That is how relationships are built. Extremely glad that Ashley is still there!

Poor customer service and more
Took my car there for repairs. They tried to add on a bunch of repairs and charge me over $500. When I asked they were quick to take off. Didn’t file my claim with insurance so had to pay over my deductible. When asked why the response I got was for fluids and if I didn’t want them they could of gave me my car back with no fluids and on a wrecker. Never got call backs, no one hardly picked up the phone, car. When looking at the inspection, the inspection was done poorly it stated that my oil condition level and condition was poor even though got oil changed a week prior so that was false and tried to charge me with a oil change. Talked to insurance company and they stated that the didn’t ask for a lot of things on my claim. Would recommend taking your car there for repairs or sending anyone there unless you don’t like your money. If you do go there I would save yourself money by asking about charges because they are probably trying to add charges.

Something to be desired
I spent 6 hours waiting on a routine service and checkup. After roughly 4 hours I went and asked if there were any issues. The service rep at the counter said, ?no your truck is in the queue we didn?t know you were waiting.? I?ll point out that when I made the appointment I indicated I?d be waiting and I walked by her like 3 times while waiting to go outside. So roughly 2 hours after that I get my truck back. Now, it?s 4 days later and my brakes are squealing. I reference the checkup sheet I was handed and realize my tires/brakes portion of the sheet is blank. So they didn?t even conduct a full checkup. Absolutely horrible service. I recommended going to the one on victory drive.

My wife and I love the fact that Ms.Sabrina was so helpful and willing to do her job with so much passion. She made us feel like family and the entire staff.
