Truck service is

More Fiat problems!
Well, I finally got to test drive the Fiat 500 I made a contingency purchase of on August 30, 2019. I test drove it around 1230 on September 06, 2019 and took delivery on September 07, 2019, thinking that the stated return policy would start upon delivery. WAS I EVER WRONG!!!! When I 'returned' the vehicle on Monday, September 09, 2019, with less than 100 of the allotted 250 miles, I was informed that the deal had been 'funded' already. A process which according to Phillip at the dealership takes several days and he stated that the 'deal' had been funded on Friday, September 06, 2019. Knowing how banks work, the 'funding' was provided BEFORE I even had a chance to test drive the vehicle! So when I 'returned' it, the 2012 Fiat was used as the 'starting' point of the new deal, NOT my original trade in, a 2018 Dodge Challenger. Meanwhile, we had been told on Friday, September 06, 2019 by Dean, the General Manager, that he would tear up the deal, if it made us happy! So long story short, when I traded my 2018 on a 2012, in Georgia there was no sales tax due. When I 'returned' the 2012 Fiat and purchase a 2015 Chrysler, there was over $400 in sales tax due! Numerous calls to Corporate, have gone completely unanswered and I suspect will continue to be IGNORED! So steer clear of this UNSCRUPULOUS, UNETHICAL, DISHONEST, LYING dealership! It's dealerships EXACTLY like this one that give HONEST dealers a bad reputation!

Bad just bad
Don't do business there, nothing there except a bunch of crooks. They don't listen to the customers, and try to get you to buy vehicles you don't want /need. Zero accountability and responsibility between managers associates and the service department. They also treat employees bad too. Just do yourself a favor don't do business with any Autonation dealer!
