Great buy no experience until post sale
We test drove the Jeep, I liked it and said I wanted it, their terms were pretty good, so I took the Jeep back to work and came back that evening to pay and sign. The finance process went well and I was on my way with extended warranty and maintenance package. The dealership said they owed me a car wash and tank of gas in writing. I figured this meant the Jeep would get detailed. It was a $25,000 out of the door but the vehicle but filthy. It?s a Jeep so I lived with it but when I asked about getting it detailed I was told only wash and vacuum. I said I?d pay for a full detail then and never received a quote. Weeks later I get a text asking if I wanted to come in for the wash. I?d already paid $150 to have it detailed thoroughly so no, I?ll wait till I?m in for service. I asked a few other small questions with a response blowing me off. I asked if the service department carried products to clean the soft top and asked how I get a hard copy of the owners manual. Neither questions received a direct accurate response. As I?m taking the Jeep apart I?m noticing that there?s several small problems with it, but nothing mechanical or electrical. I guess I thought things were always taken care of first in 2019 for a $25,000 vehicle. I normally go to Atlanta to purchase though so maybe I have high expectations, either way I?ll be going back to Atlanta next time. Let?s hope the service department is top notch for a domestic. Rivertown Ford is phenomenal so I do still have high expectations.
