Horrible follow up on service promise. After the initial purchase everything got on the back burner with me initiating everything. End up actually paying out my pocket for things that should have been handled by them

Positive feedback

Robert was my service advisor and he did an excellent job trying to get my new car fix as soon as possible. The only bad thing is that it took over 3 days for the mechanic to look at my car and over a week to get my car fix.

Service Repair on my 2020 Dodge Ram Truck

Robert in the service Department took very good care of us, we had to bring our Ram Truck in for an issues and he resolved within 30 min. Thank you for your professionalism and how courteous you are.

Great service

I only take my truck to Auto Nation for maintenance. The staff is always courteous and willing to help with whatever the issue. I try to call and set up my appointments in advance to fit my schedule, the process is very easy. Will definitely continue using them . Thanks

New Ram

Purchased all online and remote. All went smoothly. Was surprised by the side sticker. Online only saw MSRP. was only aware of side sticker during price negotiations.
