Very Disappointed with this location

Scheduled service for my truck plus a recall repair. (Oil change, Tire rotation, Recall Repair). Only received an oil change and was told I would have to leave my truck for a couple of days for recall. And was told when I came back to pick up my truck that they didn't rotate my tire. Was told that the technician didn't know how to. Will never use this location again

Oil/Filter change

Oil/Filter changed within the hour. Service writer was very courteous and Auto Nation's communication kept me informed about my appointment.

Near miss

Service technician did not tighten the lug nuts after a tire rotation. Wheel nearly fell off while driving, always double check for tightness and torque.

This was a really great experience. They provided me with complimentary water and snacks. Made sure I was getting taken care of and even helped give me a great price on the car.

Great Experience

My experience was great. The staff was very professional and caring. They treat you like family. They make sure you walk out of the building into a car. They even check on you days after you have left the lot. They treat you ou like family.
