Updates to Jeep

The AutoNation Jeep dealership installed updated on my 2017Jeep Grand Cherokee. They told me it would take 4 hours, but it only took 2 so that was great.

Extremely Dissatisfied

Serious miscommunication caused me to be broke down on I-185 following test drive after supposed repairs. Circumstances caused me $400 rental car on top of vehicle repairs. Apparently paid to replace a part that I didn't need at a cost $1200! Finally picked up my vehicle after repairs and now I have a coolant leak that I didn't have prior to maintenance! Was told that could possibly get a financial assist for my $400 rental car bill, but when I returned to pickup my vehicle the service rep was gone for the day and know I was coming to settle up with him! Very unprofessional. I was very patient during this ordeal, but my car is parked at home and I'm currently looking another repair shop!

Maintenance on my Ram 2500

Best service ever! They made me feel right at home as soon as I walked in. Took care of everything I needed done and made sure everything was just right before I left. It was well worth my hour and a half drive just to go to that one location. I will only be using them from here on out.
