Repairs not good

I brought my jeep in a major radio issue and the issue wasn't fixed. I was told that it's a software issue and I should bring it back in October. This was my third time at the dealership to deal with this same issue and I live 45 minutes away so to have to continously bring it in for this problem isn't good business.

I had a service appointment for 9:30 in the morning I arrived at 8:30 to drop off my truck for an oil change tire rotation wiper blades and look for a small leak in one of the tires I returned at 12:30 and they still have not taken my truck to do anything. I asked for my keys back and I am looking for a new facility to take my truck to for service.

Computer update

Service should have been done when I had the engine completely redone in September for over $8000.00 Was a computer update which I had to pay $100.00 and towing for over $260.00 to your shop. Not happy.

I would recommend anyone to go the for a car and if you do ask for Cameron he?s Amazing . Great customer service!!! They will try to help you get what you want!! Love this place .

Oil change and tire rotation

Was advised the service would take about 45mins and that I would be called when my car was ready. I was never called as well as it took about 3hrs.
