After visiting dozens of car dealers in Missouri and Illinois, I chose to do business with Machens Hyundai because I was impressed with their fair, upfront approach. I've had a top-notch experience with the sales department, management, and service department over the past several months. They take a no-nonsense, straightforward approach to selling and servicing cars, and they are experts at what they do.

I love my car!

I went in with my heart set on a jeep. The jeep came from their sister site, and xxxxed up the inspection, and they caught it, ordered the part for me, and is giving me a full tank of gas and replace the part all for free. They got me better pricing for the car and was given the best treatment.

They were amazing.

They were amazing. However my car was traded from a *sister* dealership, and the Joe machens Hyundai made sure the inspection was done. It wasnt by the sister site. They made sure I got my care, free repair and a full tank of gas to get the repair within two weeks so I can register my new car. Love them. Hate their partners.

New Car!

Came in for a used or walked out with a new car because of better incentives. Great experience… Our salesman, Doni Whittier and finance manager Bruce Bailey was very helpful and accommodating. They were able to get us the vehicle we wanted in sooner than promised. Doni was very patient and Is knowledgeable about the vehicle and how everything operates. A big thank you to everyone for making an experience a good experience!!

They’re great

They’re really good, they made my car purchase pretty easy during this crazy cars crisis time. Each and every one at this dealership treated me really well.

Great experience… Everyone from our salesman, GM, Finance and Service worked diligently to assure that any of our needs or expectations were not only met but exceeded… A big thank you to everyone for making an experience I usually dread into a great experience!!!

DISHONEST THIEVES ! BEWARE!!

BEWARE!!! Added a $3500 warranty to my finance, welt bank the next day and they said they would remove it. Have the paperwork saying it was done but Months later, still hasn’t been refunded, I’m still paying for it. Hyundai finance says the dealership is the only one that can give the money back. Have called the sales manager multiple times, as well as the finance director Bruce. Can never reach them, leave messages every time but they’ll never even return my call. DISHONEST THIEVES, go elsewhere!!

Was sold a vehicle with a bad motor. Never contacted by...

Was sold a vehicle with a bad motor. Never contacted by gm for resolution but avoided. Credit was impacted and I lost time and money as this went on for a yr with no resolve. Had to trade broken vehicle and take a loss. HORRIBLE customer service from the GM. BUYERS BEWARE!

Good luck with that, I never once heard from management in a year and they were very well aware of the situation of a vehicle that was sold with a bad motor. I kept being told he was going to call or meant to call........

Great dealership!

Good sales staff and excellent inventory. They were able to get us the vehicle we wanted in a timely fashion. Paperwork as always was a hassle but they handled it as well as could be expected. Business office was good. Great expectations for service but have not used yet
