Bought a car from them long distance
I wanted an new 2020 Elantra GT N-line in blue and located about 20 in the entire U.S. This dealership's advertised price was already the lowest. I talked to Jeff McLaughlin and asked him for the best price, no haggling, as I was going to call many dealers. He gave me a price that was even better than advertised. When I told him I lived in Florida, he said he was experienced with out-of-state sales. I started calling all the other dealerships with this car and strangely, many of the salesmen were reluctant to deal with me once they found out I didn't live nearby. Those that were willing to talk still couldn't match the price I got. Once I agreed to the purchase, I was sent a Fedex package with all the forms to be filled that was then overnighted back. My loan was approved and I picked a shipping company and they coordinated with Jeff when they would pick up the car. The car was delivered a week later with no problems.

Perfect buying experience

Excellent customer service
I am beyond impressed with the customer service I have received through this dealership. Becky Lynch contacted me immediately when I inquired about a car then sent me all the information I needed to make my time at the dealership go by as smoothly and quickly as possible. The sales representative Jason Nigus was very helpful and friendly, not at all pushy. They worked to get me the best deal I could get and Jason drove out of state that evening to get the car I wanted. When I accepted the car, I looked it over quickly and failed to notice a dime sized dent in the back. I thought I was out of luck since I had already accepted it, but I contacted them and they are fixing it. I highly recommend this team and am so pleased I decided to take my business there!

2019 Nissan nv200
First time buying a car online and having it delivered. Communication was excellent and the process was fast. I would recommend this dealership , and it’s too bad they are so far from me or I’d use them for service/repairs as well.

My mom bought a Hyundai accent. I cosigh for it.
My mom came in for a used or new car. The salesman show her both. Better incentives with a new car. Getting through all the paperwork and approval didn't take very long. Would recommend mentioning future customers.

Odd battery cable
Oddness - I went to another place to get a new battery. They installed a new battery but couldn't tighten the positive cable clamp. Thought no better place to deal with this than the dealer, so I headed to Machens Hyundai. Turns out Korean batteries have both battery posts the same size; USA batteries have the positive post smaller than the negative post. Result, the positive clamp can't be tightened. Machens Hyundai had the fix, a shim for the undersized post. In a few minutes and at minimal cost I was on my way.
