Best service to-date

Just this week I took my vehicle to the service department for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. For the first time, someone met me when I pulled into the deck with an iPad in-hand and got me checked in. This made it easy, painless and quick. This is the first time that has ever happened. I hope this is something they continue. I also have had several issues with my Toyota Sienna that is less than a year old. I have not been overly impressed with their (service dept.) ability to identify and fix the problem. Often, we have had to do this for them and even then, it doesn’t get fixed correctly. But overall, they are eager to help and fix the issue!

Great Service!

Timely, polite, and reasonably priced visit. Personnel is exceptional to work with. I also love my Toyota Camry. I have had absolutely no issues with it, and it has 75,000 miles.

Miscommunication

My wife brought our car in for service. She turned our car over to the service representative. She explained that she is waiting for the car. Two hours later, she noticed that other people who had come after her, had already picked their cars up and left. She walked to the service garage where she had dropped off the car, and our car was indeed there. She asked one of the other service representatives if our car was done, because she had not received a call. The service representative gave here the keys to our car, but told her that there was no paperwork. She left with our car. I later received an email message that our car was ready for pickup, that the service was done. However, the car was in my driveway. I still have received no paperwork about what was done.

Very good experience!

Did a oil change, tire rotation and tire repair. the service assistance manger is very polite, informative and neat. the only thing is that waiting time is a longer than expected.

Another excellent experience

Dom did an excellent job helping with all of my needs. He was helpful in finding tires that were right and for the best price for my vehicle. He also helped me get the $50 rebate!
