Wonderful

We were treated like family!!!! Could not have asked for a better experience! Kris worked very hard for us, and our experience was wonderful from start to finish!!!

Columbia's best Service department

After searching on Cars.com I found and bought my new Mazda from Joe Machens which is how I got introduced to their service department. I've long been told that for service you are better off avoiding the dealership and sticking to the other shops. Boy that is completely untrue!! I get all my regular oil changes, and I've even had body work done on my car door after a run in with my garage door (pretty embarrassing) at their service department and collision center, I even bought my tires there when they were due to be replaced. Dave, Michelle and everyone in service gives everybody the royal treatment. Loaner vehicles for FREE for longer repairs, shuttle service if you need to get back to work, free wifi and Diet Cokes if you wait in their lounge which I love! Competitive pricing, and certified techs that stand behind their work and guarantee it and that gives me peace of mind I just can't get at a big box store. I am a young woman and I really appreciate having an HONEST and trustworthy mechanic who treats me with respect and like a friend. No matter what I'm driving I plan to continue coming here for service. They are seriously the best!

Good Deal and Nice Treatment

I was able to finalize the deal on a new Mazda CX-5 via email with Shawn Wagner. Was nice to not have to travel to the dealership to get the deal done. After the sale, some work needed to be done. Shawn paid for the gas in our new car, lunch while we waited and provided a loaner.

Haylie Morgan,Al Morgan and Walter Moore restored my respect for Joe Machens after a previous purchase of a vehicle that we just did not like and a deal that ended up not being handled properly.My husband and I now have a Fiat 500X that we love and in a color we love! Best car-buying experience in over 30 years

It’s been 13 years since we bought our last new car (a Mazda), and we decided it was time for a new one. We were greeted by Scott Weaver, who quickly put us at ease and found a Mazda 6 (Sport) that suited our wants and needs. So much about cars has changed since we last bought one that Scott had to go over practically everything about the car and almost had to teach us how to drive again. We went home impressed, but still undecided. When we came back the next day, Scott asked us to look at another Mazda 6 (Touring) that had just come in on the lot. We fell in love with it immediately. With Mazda financing and incentives, we were able to drive away that day with a new car for about the same money as our last one. Thanks for all your help, Scott…best sales person we’ve ever dealt with. Love the car…5th Mazda in the last 32 years…best we’ve ever owned.

Good Experience

I recently purchased a new 2016 Mazda 3 hatchback from JMAG. When I first started looking at purchasing a new car, I was still unsure exactly which model I wanted, but my salesman, Shawn Wagner, was more than happy to let me test drive several different vehicles and share his input on each model. He was also incredibly patient while I was working a deal with the managers, which took a couple of days before we finally reached an agreement. Overall, the experience was one of the better ones I have had while purchasing a vehicle (this is the 10th).

Surprisingly good experience

I always expect the worst when it comes time to go to a dealership to trade vehicles. I had even traded years before at this same dealership and this time the experience was much better. Derek Estes was friendly and extremely helpful but not at all pushy. About a month after the purchase, Derek called me to see how I was doing with the new car. I was surprised to hear from him since the deal had been completed for several weeks. I will recommend this dealership to others. :)

Excellent Customer Service after the Sale

Michelle Sexton is the best!!!! She is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!! She makes getting your car serviced a memorable experience. No job is too big or too small with the way she helps to resolve it!
