Professional and Friendly Service

Jeff Johnson was very easy to work with. I had been to several other dealers before coming to Mazda, and Jeff was much more helpful than the others. He answered all of my questions and quickly found the car that I wanted. He was very personable and made the purchasing process easy. Michelle Sexton in the Service Dept. is extremely friendly and I feel like she will take care of me when I call in.

Didn't Buy But Great Salesperson

I was in the market for a flat towable vehicle and Kristopher York stepped up and within a short time found a 2014 Honda Odyessy which we liked but by chance found a vehicle being sold by a private party at a very competitive price. I appreciated dealing with an up front salesperson like Kristopher York.

Excellent Experience

Very good experience. Very friendly

Was very friendly from time we spoke on phone. Got us what we wanted and even got us newer then we expected. Both sales men that we had were very helpful and made sure we got what we wanted for the price we was looking for. This is the third vehicle that we have purchased from a machens dealership and will go back for our next one.
