Great experience

Jeff was extremely helpful and my only contact in the car business from now on!!! I was a difficult customer with very particular needs and Jeff was patient and great to work with.

Excellent customer service

When I first arrived we had a rather rocky beginning but the staff was very kind and patient and answered all my questions. They held my hand while we went through the finance process and selecting the car and I ended up with a very nice pre-owned KIA. I got a good deal on a reliable and stylish car with low mileage that had been cared for and the car fax supported the record of maintenance, Everyone was dedicated and helpful. I have back several times for service and found the service staff to be efficient, friendly and helpful as well. My salesman, Shawn Wagner, and Al Morgan were both great.

MC DAMPER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AS TO CARS, INCENTIVES AND ESTIMATED PAYMENTS. MC WAS VERY PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDABLE. GREAT SALESMAN AND STAFF

Very good experience

We want to Joe Machens after a terrible experience at a different St. Louis dealership that wanted to rip us off. The experience we had at Joe Machens was so much different which made it a pleasure to buy our vehicle from them. Jeff Johnson was the best and took care of our questions and request both before and after the sale! Highly recommend Jeff if your looking to buy!

They are dishonest and will blame privious employees.

If you are looking for a car, do NOT buy Mazda. And if you are looking for a honest dealership, do NOT trust Al (Ali Baba) Morgan and his gang at Joe Machens. They will sell warranties/maintenance plans that do not exist; they will not honor their factory extended maintenance; and they will not even perform the checks in the scheduled maintenances -- even though they will later try to charge you for them. But most frustrating, the factory, Mazda, won't care if you try to report a dealership for all the above (they never got back to me after I filed a preliminary report).

Outstanding

The salesman,finance person, helped me with all my questions that I had,I purchased this vehicle from Ohio and picked the car up my self and had a great experience ! I highly recommend this dealership from the ford side, Thanks Rinaldo S DiSalvo!

Oil change

I must start by saying usually they are very friendly at the front. I went in for a oil change they didn't change my mileage sticker for me to even know when to bring my car back for the next oil change, and they didn't wash it.....i bought my car from them and have always gotten my oil changed there since I bought it from them but honestly I feel they are over price for a simple oil change and do not do anyting to make the experiance special..not being able to remember to change a simple sticker makes me wounder what else they forget.... I also had a coupon that was mailed to me that I brought in with me for the oil change i handed it to the sales person when I was checking out and was made to feel like it was such an inconvenience since I didn't hand it over when my car was first brought in.
