Sales Manager Very Rude

The salesmen at this place are outstanding. On the other hand you are only as strong as your weakest link. For this establishment the weakest link in the sales department has to be Chris Jones. He is rude, arrogant and has no business in the position he has aquired somehow. If I had no other place to buy a vehicle but here I would walk.

No Haggle

Stopped by Flow Honda to look at a 2012 used car. I really liked their no haggle price policy. I also liked the 100 K car warranty , free maintenance for 2 years , and if you change your mind about the car , you have three days to bring it back and they will cancel the sales contract. Really nice people too.

used car purchase

Just purchased a used car at Flow Honda. John Pratt helped me every step of the way. He was very helpful and such a gentleman. I got exactly what I wanted and I could not be any happier. Thanks for a wonderful car buying experience!

Honda

We stopped one night after closing and were looking at crv. Scott Hale was on his way home and stopped to spend 30 minutes answering questions. We went back following week for test drive and purchased the crv. Scott was very helpful and did not pressure us. He has contacted us several times to see if we were still happy with our purchase.

Flow Honda

Went into Flow based on past experience with Burlington Honda. They did a great job all around. No high pressure tactics. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, and let us shop around and take our time before making a decision.

Flow Honda Burlington

I had a great experience at Flow Honda. I purchased a beautiful 2015 Pilot Touring on Tuesday May 9th. I could not have been more pleased with John Crawford my Salesperson and the rest of the Flow Staff. Everything was perfect. Thank You Flow Honda!!!!!

My car shopping and buying experience was awesome! My salesman assisted me in such a kind and professional manner. He was very knowledgeable of the Pilot, the HRV, and the CRV. I was very picky and he work dillegently to find me just the car I wanted! I had kept my prior one-owner vehicle for 12yrs so I felt the need to get just what I wanted and with Johnny Foust's help I did! One happy Flow customer!!
