Great experience!

Having a new baby, I was looking for something safer and more reliable than my current vehicle. I had no idea where to start but the salesman, Bill, was more than helpful. He helped me every step of the way, from picking the perfect car to getting me an even more perfect deal! He was very patient and knowledgeable. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. Overall it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be returning.

Great buying experience

I was completely satisfied with my salesman. He was very knowledgeable and he wasn’t pushy. He asked me as many questions as I did him and suited me to my truck. When making a large purchase like this it is nice to know the salesman was there to help me with my decision without making me feel apprehensive. I hope he does well with Pollock Ford and this is my second time buying here. I hope not to have to buy a vehicle now for a long time but if I do I would not hesitate to call Tyler to help me with another purchase.

Wonderful service!

Bob was wonderful! Will definitely be recommending him to anyone who is looking to buy! Answered all the questions I had and went through all of the buttons so I knew how to use everything. He didn’t try to push me into buying something I wasn’t 100% about buying. He even took the time to hook my phone up to the Bluetooth!

Consultant excellent

Great Experience

I leased a 2017 Escape from Zach about 2 months ago, and I can't say enough good things about the service i received. I showed up unannounced and they took time right then and there to help me out.
