No respect
I found a truck I wanted to buy, it just happened to be at this dealership, which was an hour and a half away. I read the reviews and went forward with confidence. I called on my way to inform them that as long as The vehicle drive well when I got there (as I had conversations with them the night before) I intended to buy the truck and could they please start the paperwork as I had an appointment I needed to get to later in the day and I was far from the appointment location. Everything was good until I decided to actually buy the car. From that point on I was very displeased. There was a total lack of respect for my time. I was left to sit for well over an hour while they did paperwork, and when it was finally time for me to sign, they wanted me to look at upgrades and options (which I easily could have done while sitting around for over an hour). I had already decided I wanted the bed lined. If an issue arose, total deflection of responsibility; often trying to make it my fault. The truck was not cleaned and detailed. They tried to tell me it was when there was dried vomit between the passenger seat and console. It was not delivered on time. When it finally did arrive, after waiting around for quite a bit all the salesman wanted to do was take a picture of me with my truck to plaster in his website for publicity. I declined as I was already seriously running behind on my day now because I had to wait so long for my truck to be delivered. I was on my way home when I realized how filthy the truck was and that they had not given me any of the paperwork on the truck. I figured it would be in the glovebox since they had the truck for several days to spray line the bed of the truck, which they did an hour before I was to pick it up! Leaving me with a still tacky bed liner that I needed to use in a few hours. Bottom line, no respect for customer’s time, lack of accountability, lack of communication. After speaking with the manager, who also attempted to deflect and claim the truck was cleaned before going to the garage, finally stopped talking long enough to listen to me. He sent someone the following week to get the truck and take it to be detailed and the dent repaired.

Great dealership

I purchased a Ford three years ago
This dealership and all the employees have been very accommodating to our requests. My first employee to deal with was Bill. Very friendly and courteous. Every time we walk into the dealership, Bill comes over to talk to us. So does Murad. I would always purchase a car from Ken Pollock. Very satisfied with their service. Reason for visit was sales the first time. All the other reasons were for inspection, etc.

Ken Pollock is the best Lincoln dealership in our area, and technicians are doing wonderful job. They have flexible schedules for you to choose, and they can come to your home to get your car and leave a backup car for you. Awful business practice
We saw a vehicle online that I was very interested in and went to check it out. Another couple was test driving it when we got there. We were told they weren't interested and took it for a test drive. The sunroof was sticking and we were told it could be fixed if we purchased the vehicle. We sat down to start doing paperwork and it seemed like they were taking forever. The salesman disappeared for a while and came back and said the other couple changed their mind and wanted the car we were filling out paperwork for. They also started saying how my car for trade-in was only good for scrap and they wouldn't have fixed the sunroof and just tacked it on to the price of the car. We left. It was an awful experience, a huge waste of time, and I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone else. If the other couple was still interested in the vehicle, they should have been up front about it. This is the worst business practice I've ever come across at a dealership.

Great purchasing experience!
Everyone at this dealership is extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous. They truly care about a person's experience in purchasing a car. I would definitely recommend looking here, before purchasing a Ford or Lincoln.

Lots of promises and apologies
Bought a used car. Was told if we paid for and signed papers before the end of the month, they would have the minor things fixed/repaired in a couple days. After a week, it still wasn't ready. Finally got it and things still aren't fixed or working properly and I'll I get is apologies and excuses but no answers. Tomorrow will be two weeks and I am still waiting...

No he hasn't. He reached out to my wife who gave him my number and he never called. You have my email address, he never emailed me. I chased you down constantly to get the car fixed to the standard that we were promised if we paid before the end of the quarter. Do not lie!!
Great Experience at Ken Pollock Ford/Lincoln
Ken Pollock Ford/Lincoln is a great place to purchase a new Ford Escape SUV. My first contact was with Christine by E-Mail, I received several E-Mails from her with prices of the Escapes I was interested in. My next contact was with Bob who went far out of his way to find the car that had all the extras I requested. I then had a pleasant visit with Murad the manager who made the deal happen. Then off to Mark's office i went. Mark had all my paper work completed, and .all I had to do was sign and drive away in my new 2019 SEL Escape. I recommend Ken Pollock Ford/Lincoln to anyone looking for great service and fantastic prices.

Great sales associates, good prices and service.
I found a 2016 Ford Fiesta used on the lot through cars.com (which I rarely use to even browse). Within 18 hours I was contacted by the sales associate from Ken Pollick Ford and told to come in whenever possible to look at the Fiesta. The sales associate Luke was straightforward and honest about the car and told me everything I wanted to know that I hadn't already researched myself. After taking it for a test ride I knew i wanted the car and Luke did everything he could to get me into the car although it took a little longer than normal(not the dealerships fault). I recieved the car at a great deal and couldn't be happier with my experience. I would reccomend anyone to go and check out Ken Pollick Ford in Berwick for a new or used vehicle!

Apologies and excuses
Pair for a car before the final touch ups were done with the promises that it would be ready in a couple days. 6 days later it is still not ready. Finally pick it up and a part is still not fixed and one of the things that was fixed, still doesn't work right. Have to wait another week to get it in to get fixed. All I got was promises, excuses and apologies. Ridiculous service!!!
