I have used Jeff Wyler Honda for 10+ years and I have always received great service. I have bought 3 vehicles from here as it is the great service that brings me back. They are honest and up front about the needs of your vehicle. I have gotten to know them over the years and I trust their work. I highly recommend this dealership, that is why I keep coming back. The service is exceptional.

I have been driving Honda's for 23 years. This is my third purchase of a new Accord in Frankfort. Top notch personnel all around from sales to service and everyone in between. For me, it's all about their excellent product and even better customer service. Why would I go anywhere else?

We noticed that the cover over the passenger side airbag...

We noticed that the cover over the passenger side airbag did not look quite right and the service rep. ordered the part and a few days later we stopped in and the new part was installed . It was quick and easy and the part looked much better . Thanks much .

I went to Jeff Wyler's Honda dealership to compare...

I went to Jeff Wyler's Honda dealership to compare the Honda Pilot to the Toyota 4-Runner I was driving, and the Toyota Highlander I was thinking about purchasing. Brent Tackett was my initial contact and he was both pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I considered both the Toyota and Honda models and over about ten days or so, went back and forth between the two dealerships as my schedule permitted, to compare the two. There was no hustle or pressure. Brent made the effort to understood what I considered significant in a vehicle, and was helpful in my assessment of my choice. The purchasing/negotiation part went easily and I am more than satisfied with both the vehicle itself and the reasonableness of the price I paid for it. I would certainly recommend Wyler's and Brent, to anyone interested in a Honda.

When I walked into the Honda dealership Tony met me...

When I walked into the Honda dealership Tony met me outside and offered his handshake and assisstance. Tony was not abrasive nor pushy. He was very straightforward and honest when sharing details of the vehicles I looked at.; He worked very hard with the Sales Manager to ensure I was given every opportunity to purchase the vehicle I wanted. Both he and the Sales Manager were professional and went the extra mile to work with me and to provide a successful outcome for both of us. This has been the BEST experience I have ever encountered when purchasing a car. I will always go back to Jeff Wyler Honda in Frankfort.

Tony was excellent. There was no high pressure sales...

Tony was excellent. There was no high pressure sales pitch. He was honest, friendly, and extremely helpful. I would buy another car from this dealer and Tony again!

If I could have given you a better rating than 5 I would have. Chet helped with everything we needed efficiently and with such kindness and warmth. He even came to the house to help start the van. The information our salesman Gary Fordon, provided on the...

The information our salesman Gary Fordon, provided on the Honda CRV, as well as the test drive of the car was thorough. I had not planned to purchase the car the day I did, however, Gary was friendly, informative and most of all he did NOT apply pressure. I did NOT look forward to the negotiating process but Gary made it smooth and as painless as possible. The Honda team appeared to work together ensuring the paperwork was completed efficiently, car was prepared to be driven away (tank filled, car shined up ...) as well as our salesman, Gary, taking the time to set the bluetooth with my cell phone and car, which I appreciated as well as going through the car to pointed out information I should know right away (e.g. lights, wipers ...).

Allowed me to modify my scheduled time just a few hours...

Allowed me to modify my scheduled time just a few hours in advance and were still able to start working almost immediately on arrival. Made recommendations based on service history and then found that my brakes were almost shot. They were able to add the brake job during the same visit.

We highly recommend this dealership and Tony Lewis, our salesman. They were wonderful! They really cared about us. We had visited numerous dealerships in the last 2 weeks and NOT one of them were as friendly or accommodating as Jeff Wyler and Tony. The sales manager was awesome too. These guys really wanted to make us happy. They answered all of our questions. Tony went out of his way to get us what we wanted. He was very professional and knowledgeable. They made buying a car a very pleasant experience. We would HIGHLY recommend them!
