Went for an oil change and tire rotation for my 2012...

Went for an oil change and tire rotation for my 2012 Honda Civic. This was my first service experience at Jeff Wyler since I purchased my vehicle there last year. The service personnel were friendly and the waiting area was so nice and comfortable that it was an enjoyable experience. The service was started immediately, even though I was early for my appointment and was finished very quickly. I could see my vehicle as they worked and that was a plus also. My grandson was with me, but I did not have to worry about entertaining him, since the waiting area had coloring books and crayons. I am very glad that I chose to purchase and service my car at Jeff Wyler!

Always great service on my Ridgeline. Now, if we can...

Always great service on my Ridgeline. Now, if we can arrive at the right price and trade, I'll get a 2013 Ridgeline. Unfortunately, we were way off when they first made an offer. I don't care to go back and forth on price. Needed best price right up front, and did not recieve that.

I bought my 2007 Honda Odyssey from this dealership and have been very pleased with my purchase. I have had this vehicle serviced at this dealership for all of its' service and I am even more pleased with the service I have received. The service department is very professional and really nice and friendly.

I have purchased two vehicles from Honda of Frankfort,...

I have purchased two vehicles from Honda of Frankfort, the first of which was in 2003, and am now getting both serviced there. The people I have dealt with in the service area in the mornings when I bring in a vehicle have consistently been friendly and courteous beyond all expectations. And with very few exceptions, the service I have received has been of high quality. I tell people all the time that it is a great place to do business and I have been extremely pleased with both vehicles I have purchased there.

My car was serviced on time and ready within 25 minutes of my arrival. Service personnel were very courteous and helpful, the recall maintenance performed was explained fully, and everything went as advertised. Great Job!
