I was able to get in for service same day. Quick turnaround. Very helpful service people.

Worst experience ever. Very deceptive. Refusing to give me access to my own service records. They claim to have done 2 separate multipoint inspections according to my invoices.. They claim the records are no longer available once the job is closed out. I did however get a copy of someone else's. GM claimed he would get to the bottom of this. NEVER called me back. Stay away from this deceitful dealership and service center.

Worst service ever. Nothing but lies, deceit, and fraudulent service. Spoke with the GM who pretended to be sympathetic to my horrible experience with his service department. He promised to call me back with answers. NOTHING! Didn't bother with me. I'm filling a complaint with Volkswagen.

It is the best and most professional dealership in the whole region. Erv Janicki, the Service Advisor takes his time to explain things and keeps you informed throughout the process. The Master Service Technician, Allan, is very knowledgeable and diligent at performing the service. He diagnosed the problem immediately and provided the next steps to fix the issue. The dealership is super clean and organized, and nobody is trying to sell you anything you don't need. Congratulations to the whole team!

At the beginning everything was perfect but at the time to pick up the service requested was not done or not in the paperwork described, he had to go and ask for results in top of that bill was not correct and even though I told him it was correct he insisted it was right until he used a calculator and noticed what he was arguing was wrong, yes he apologized but there two big mistakes for a dealership as good as yours, sorry I am not coming back. Thank you

From the time I walked in to the dealership, to the purchase of the vehicle, the staff was attentive, easy to work with!! George, my salesman was always available and Suha the general manager made everything easy! I’ll definitely keep this dealership in mind when it’s time to upgrade my VW! I’ve been driving VWs for 15 years and love them. Elgin VW did everything I asked for and the local dealership in my town wouldn’t even come close to the price! Way to go George and Suha!! Great to work with!! Love my new Tiguan!
