Dropped off for a Monday appointment, didnt get a simple

Dropped off for a Monday appointment, didnt get a simple diagnosis until early Wednesday. Held my car for 2 more days without repair. Calls to the service rep to return and repair went unanswered and without response.

Had an appointment which means nothing. When you arrive they share 48-72 hours for diagnostic service and it was 72 hours.

JUAN URDANETA is ALL I should say! Juan was THE best in handling everything and all paperwork required for my recent purchase prior to me coming on the lot. He was proficient, easy to work with and very professional in making sure I made my sons baseball practice on time. The first time I brought my car here was because I was

The first time I brought my car here was because I was having issues with my engine. After they gave me a call and said my car was ready the same day I picked it up my engine light came right back on and didn’t go off. So I kept calling but they seemed to never receive my calls after a day I returned my car and had them see what issue they couldn’t fix. I received my car again and this time my light came on so they put me in a lender and kept my car for some days to see what the issue was. After 4 days I received my car back and it’s working fine.
