Acura MDX

BEWARE!!!!!Bought a used Acura MDX about 10 months ago. Just had to take it back in for the second time to be serviced. So far I have spent 5k in repairs on a vehicle I spent 18k on less than a year ago. We had issues with this vehicle after about three months and the sales staff would not communicate with us. I’ll never deal with Neal Huffman Vw Masada again. Stay far far away.

Buying a car for my daughter - her first !

We made the trip all the way from Indianapolis, IN to see two cars that we were interested in. From the moment we called the dealership to verify the cars were available, I knew that this might be one of the best car-buying experiences I had ever had. Mr. Heiden was amazing from start to finish. It was my daughter's first car-buying experience and I really wanted her to understand how the whole process worked. Mr. Heiden was very accommodating and patient while I explained the details of all that was being said to my daughter. I greatly appreciated all of the help that Mr. Heiden gave us and how he genuinely was interested in what she wanted and liked. I would highly recommend Neil Huffman VW, Mazda, Subaru for your first-time buyers or your more experienced buyer ; we all know that it can be a stressful event. Neil Huffman and Mr. Heiden made the process very easy and stress-free … and the hot cocoa and coffee didn't hurt ! I would like to thank everyone who may have helped us that day behind the scenes , form the people who detailed the car, the gentleman who sold me the mazda keychain, to Shawn Baxley, the Business Manager - everyone was amazing and made us feel welcomed and important !!

Customer friendly and knowledgeable

Received exceptional service, no pressure. Friendly sales staff that were very knowledgable. My salesperson took me on a test drive and pointed out all the features of my new vehical.

purchased a really nice used car

purchased a 2012 buick lacross, earl drake was a great salesperson , he explained everything to me and was very kind, i would not been able to buy this car if it hasn,t been for earl. and jay cross was nice also and probally had a hand on me getting the deal done as well. everybody that works there was friendly to me, hope they let me come back and get another one,thanks neil kappel

Very Good Experience

Bought a used Subaru from Neil Huffman this week. I had to drive 6 hours to see car and Tyler was very honest about the condition of the vehicle, even making me a cell phone video of inside and outside of it to help me make my decision of whether or not to come up there. They worked with me via phone and email so I had a sales agreement ready to go before I make the trek. Everyone was very friendly, and Erin in finance was a hoot. Overall a great experience, despite having to drive 6 hours up and back in one day!

Very Thankful

We had a wonderful experience in purchasing our new Suburu Outback. The customer service with all the employees we encountered was excellent. Our salesman Austin was very accommodating, informative, and helpful throughout the process. The overall leadership at this dealership was reflected by the employees that were helpful and warm. We were never pressured on anything. I will definitely recommend Terrance, Austin and their team to my friends. We love our Outback and our experience at the dealership.

Buying a 2019 Subaru Ascent

We were fortunate there was an unsold Ascent Touring model scheduled for delivery a couple of weeks after we contacted Neil Huffman Subaru and was the reason we chose the dealership. Robin McDonald handled our inquiry and initial test drive, making us feel welcome while explaining the the features as one would hope to experience. After we placed a deposit, she kept us informed of the delivery schedule and had the car on the showroom floor when we arrived to pick it up. Her briefing on the vehicle was thorough. Payment was quick since we weren't financing or buying add-ons. Neil Huffman offers 3-day 110% price protection, 7-day return policy, and two-year free basic maintenance. Since we -- apparently like many of its customers -- live on the far side of the city from the dealership, it offers this scheduled maintenance at its sister Acura dealership which is more conveniently located. Overall, a very good experience and a great new SUV model.
