Easy no hassle car purchase. Gave the best trade in and the sales person was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and very experienced at the process of making it a easy transaction. I’ll definitely be going back at the next purchase.

The sales associate at the door greeted me and my family and actually had a real conversation with him, no pressure, just good 'ole talk. The sales associate I spoke with the day prior was finishing up a sale so we just lingered around looking. As soon as he was done he answered all my questions and showed me around. He knew exactly what each had as far as options for each model. Took a test drive and as I drove he explained everything in great detail, knowing everything in great detail about the SUV. This made my experience very enjoyable. The buying process was very efficient, quick and down to earth.

I was very specific in exactly what wanted as far as options and color. They were able to locate my exact vehicle in 2 days and have it ready for pick up. When it came time to pic up my car the process was pretty quick.

I just bought a car by myself for the first time. I am an older woman and was intimidated going in, but was made to feel comfortable by my salesperson. I was treated with respect and courtesy by everyone I interacted with and feel that I left with a great car at a great price.

Our sales rep was Robin and she was great. She answered all of our questions without hesitation and helped us find an Outback with everything we were looking for including the exterior and interior colors. The test drives were fun and thorough. We were offered a good price that was slightly below average (based on web searches) and made the purchase. Robin continued to work with us even after closing the deal to make sure we knew how everything worked before we drove it off the lot. It’s several days later now and we are still excited about our new Subaru.

I worked with DeOntae and Jay. The deal we discussed over the phone is exactly what occurred. They showed me how to use all the features of the car and paired my phone to it. Highly recommend to friends and family!

This has been the best dealership visit and purchased ever made. Did not feel pressured. Other options were presented, but our interests and needs were always first. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Our customer rep., Tyler, was very easy to work with from e-mail communication to signing the paperwork and writing the final check. We love our new used car.
