Tyler is great! And knows the product

Those people are knowledgeable, efficient and relate to customers very well. They are spot on with every step of the buying process and can get you out the door with a new ride in short of 3 hours.

Best Dealership in Louisville

This is the place to look and shop for cars. They treat you like family. From the guys that cleaned and detailed my car to the Management. They went out of their way to find me a car. Christopher Stewart was my salesman and Tim Roberts was my contact for the Dealership. I couldn't get nervous about buying a car. They explained and took good care of me. Thank You

Love my Tiguan!

I was just gonna' kick some tires... then My Salesman, Chris Noonan led me right to my next vehicle! Although I wasn't sure what I wanted, Chris took my thoughts and indicated that he had the perfect car for me.... and he was right! The 2019 Tiguan met all of my needs and wants! I cant wait to drive it!

Oil change

I received 4 free oil changes with my purchase but it seems hard for them to tell you when the car is done I am talking 2.5 hours and me having to ask the counter if my car is done wood not use the service department

Fast, easy, straightforward!

Christopher Stewart took great care of us! We were in and out in less than 3 hours with a new car! They were straight up, no pressure. Great experience!

Excellent service

I normally hate car shopping but Leilani really walked me through the process step by step. She was never pushy and made me feel very comfortable. Best car buying experience ever!!!

Details matter

Salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. Finance manager was efficient but busy. We were 4th in line for 1 person to run all finance paperwork. The wait was too long. Car cleanliness was not great. Dealership had outside garbage cans overflowing, no water, and lot was dirty.

Good attention to my needs. Comfortable discussion with Tyler and conclusion to the purchase was quick and satisfactory to both parties. Clean-up prior to delivery was very good.

BEST DEALERSHIP TO WORK WITH EVER.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. I began my car buying experience a month prior to moving to Kentucky and was working originally with the dealer from across town. Despite the conversations that we had, both over the phone and via text, that dealer decided to try to pull the wool over my eyes with a bunch of hidden up-sells when I finally made it down there. It was horrible to see a month of hard work go to waste. Thankfully, Neil Huffman was there to do more than just save the day. Within 36 hours, I was able to meet with the wonderful Chris Jackson and Ms. Sherri who were able to help me locate an identical vehicle, offer me a better deal than the other dealership, gave me a seamless time in their financial office, AND even threw in the big, red bow for my car along with a surprise gift with purchase! As a younger female, there is nothing one tends to dread more than the car buying experience and it was scary enough for me that I wouldn't have my dad in the office with me during purchase. Neil Huffman did everything in their power to make sure that I felt safe and confident with my car buying experience and I could not be more grateful for all that they did for me. I've found my car dealer for life! Thank you, Neil Huffman!
