Not a great experience

I went in Jan 27, 2020 and bought a new Dodge Journey. Anna George was my sales rep. She was very kind and polite. However, I was given wrong information. The car I bought was "in transit" to be here within 2 weeks. Now I asked if the car I bought had remote start. Was told yes. It does not. I really wanted a car that had this, so I was excited. Also I was under the impression that the car seats were electric. They are not. Its a manual lever system to move up and down, etc. Now the car did not show up in 2 weeks...took 7 weeks. It got stuck in port, which I totally understand is out of their control. However, not once did I get updates with them calling or texting me. It was me who did the calling and constant texting to find out where my car was. Or showing up at dealership. Now after 4 weeks, they did give me a service car until mine arrived. They also paid for my first month payment that was due 3/12 as my car was still stuck in port and I was not going to pay on a car I didn't even have yet. Now I did trade in my 2005 Ford Escape XLT. The car was in good shape. Needed new alternator and oil change, and the normal wear and tear being 15 years old. I did not have my car with me at the time, so I was given $1000 for trade in. Now I find my car on Autonation at $5900 just reduced to $4900. Seriously?!? I understand businesses are in it to make a profit, but stop screwing the hard working people. I did say I should get at least $1500-$2000. Guess I didnt assert myself enough as I'm not a b**ch. Needless to say, wasn't a great experience.

Lithia‘s Service Dept has far exceeded my expectations for a dealership. They all have been a pleasure to work with, especially my latest Service Advisor, Tony Hubbert. He consistently provided updates on my back-ordered parts and went out of his way to get me back on the road!

Great customer service in the Service department, quality...

Great customer service in the Service department, quality work done but don't expect to get into a washed car after it's serviced unless your spending money on a major service. I prepaid for lifetime Full Synthetic oil changes and apparently I didn't spend enough for them to throw in a free car wash each time I bring my car in for service. That's upsetting to me because this is the 3rd vehicle purchased here and each time I bought the high end lifetime oil changes. I guess that doesn't mean much. Seriously thinking of purchasing my next vehicle where my purchase is appreciated more. I normally buy a different vehicle every 3 to 4 years and i know other dealerships appreciate return customers. Don't get me wrong, the sales men, managers, finance personnel and service department are very customer friendly, but I expected to get that much appreciated exterior wash on my vehicle after servicing it. Very Disappointed!!!!

New Radiator

4 months ago I was quoted 600 dollars to do this job, They charged me 800 dollars and had to put 2 radiators in before they found a good one!!!

The manager and staff are fair and personable. My problem was addressed and satisfactorily resolved. (At this time everyone is dealing with distracted lives!) Thank you Bob and mechanics. I will return to this establishment for future service

I brought my car in because of a Recall and the service...

I brought my car in because of a Recall and the service tech noticed an oil leak. They replaced the oil filter housing. Checked out OK.
