Lie to customers claim to have fixed the problem, but then you have to bring it back for it to be fixed on 3 separate occasions. Tech's have no idea what they are doing. Broke my tire sensors then the dealer expects me to pay for it when it was the tech who broke it. No free oil changes when you buy a warranty. These guys use the Mopar warranty to fix the issues the car they just sold you has. They know what's wrong before they sell it. That's why they rope you into paying for a five thousand dollar warranty. That way they don't pay a dime out of pocket to fix the issues the automobile has. Bad business and I will never buy a car from this place ever again. Poor everything over all.

Both times that we have gone to Lithia Chrysler it has been poor customer service. If I could I would have given it zero stars. We have a lifetime oil service and have gone to Lithia HONDA in Medford, Or and Lithia jeep dodge in tri-cities, Wa and both places have been excellent service.

sales was very friendly and did everything they could to get you in a car. financing was a little harder to work with, was unable to reach desired payment even after being called back being told no problem
