We brought our Jeep in for routine maintenance plus a couple of issues. Our concerns were handled with two software updates and we were on our way. Personnel were polite, pleasant, and very helpful. I would definitely recommend their service department.

I looked all over auto prices in Spokane and Lithia was the most competitive, so I drove 51 miles and bought the Charger R/T I originally came over to try a Charger SXT, but Eric knew I lost a modified Mustang SVT COBRA - he just knew a V8 was more my style and once I test drove it - despite being VERY impressed by the SXT, I could not resist the R/T ( and probably would have bought a SCAT PACK if you had one)

Everyone at Lithia Newport location is wonderful! They truly care about their customers and always go the extra mile. I highly recommend them to everyone I know. :)

With my diesel truck, i trust that their going to get my truck fixed right, each time. I can go get the same services done cheaper, but i trust that quality work at Lithia. On another note, im not impressed with sales. During this last summer i spoke to a sales rep and waa trying to trade a vehicle. That sales rep was misleading and treated us poorly. We went to dishman dodge where the sales rep there gave us far superior service and traded our vehicle without any hassle. As far as the service department goes, we appreciate the quality of work in fixing and maintaining my truck

Great service! Ann was very professional and helpful. They did a nice job changing my oil and air filters. I highly recommend the service department.

My Jeep Rubicon needed to have the computer updated to match the tires that came with it. The service dept took two hours and only adjusted the tire size. Said they could not adjust the TPMS. So either I go to another dealer or purchase a after market device to do it myself.

Great service. Got me in really quick (2 days) and we’re able to find and use my extended warranty with no issues. I will definitely be back.

I was rushed out of there after driving 7 hours from Montana. Felt like my purchase wasn’t important. Not to mention never met my salesman who sold me the car over the phone. Ended up dealing with another salesman who rushed my purchase. Also, the gentleman who went on my test drove with me said “Are we done here?” when I was looking under the hood. Horrible experience but the car is everything I was looking for so that’s about all the good that came from it.
