Not Happy with my sales experience after the fact

When I drove onto the lot, I walked right up to the only truck I looked at, test drove and bought the following Saturday, or two days later. Both of my neighbors have bought three Cars, Trucks from Lithia, and I am glad I stopped to check. I got the truck I should of bought prior to my 2018 Toyota Tundra Platinum, which was anything but top of the line. Now comes the " Why this went from a 5 star down to a 2 Star review. I qualified for the lowest interest rates when I purchase vehicles. I had told my Salesperson, who was to tell the Finance Manager where I wanted my loan to originate at, because They " P1FCU has better rates " Well they didn't listen, so instead of getting 2.99 % for 60 months, I got 3.49 % for 60 months with a different Credit Union. I don't care who dropped what ball, but I am peeved to say the least.

Good Vibes

The dealership location is great and the sales staff and management very attentive to my needs. I called before I came and spoke with one of the managers after having a bad experience at another dealership. He encouraged me to come in and assured me I would receive the assistance I needed. I knew exactly what I wanted...a YELLOW JEEP! He introduced me to Jason who was very welcoming and determined to find me my Yellow Jeep Renegade. There were few to be had and he made it possible. As a salesman, he was there for one reason to help me get the car I wanted...no hype, no pressure and not trying to change my mind and have me settle on a different color that was on their lot. I wanted YELLOW and that is what I got! Everyone I encountered was friendly and acknowledged my presence. I felt welcomed and am looking forward to working with this Dealership.

Great Customer Service

We were met by Luis on the first day we came in. His exceptional attention and customer service carried all the way to choosing the Grand Cherokee that we love. Everyone was joyous at the dealership when we came to pick up the Jeep - at first we thought it was just for us, but alas it was a sales event. When we went into closing, we were pleasantly surprised to find Nate who had sold us the Jeep Compass three years earlier. We are now a "Jeep Family" and proud of it. Thanks to Luis, Nate and the TEAM at Lithia.

Out of the 4 local Ram dealers I contacted regarding a new purchase, Lithia was the only team that responded with a sense of urgency and located the specific vehicle I was after. It was never impersonal, never computerized. They went to work quickly to locate my exact “must haves” and were able to get a deal done and deliver my dream truck at a fair price. 2010 Jeep Wrangler service and air bag recall repairs.

I scheduled a date with the service advisor ,Julie, for air bag and some other repairs to my 2010 Jeep Wrangler. Repairs were made in a prompt and timely manner. Julie kept me informed of what was covered under warranty, and made sure I authorized any repairs that weren't covered under warranty. All costs I incurred were told to me prior to repairs.
