Did a good job on the brakes but didn't solve the initial...

Did a good job on the brakes but didn't solve the initial problem. Still have "pressure release" at the bottom of braking. Maybe something to do with the Speed Sensor on top

I was disappointed with the car prep. Also the odometer...

I was disappointed with the car prep. Also the odometer said 77,000 but the trip meter said 82,000 so im not sure whats going on there.

Let me preface this whole review with one thing. It is honestly hit or miss on which person you get on checking in. My luck the first few years of service was amazing but over the last 1-2 years has lacked the follow through you once had Most everything was ok. One concern I had was my sensor for a tail light out keeps coming on. I let them know and was told when I picked up the vehicle that all lights were checked and working. I left got in the vehicle and the sensor was still on. I went back in and stayed the light was still on. A service tech noticed me waiting and asked the if everything was ok. I let him know what was up and he stated he was there when lights were checked and all worked. He was very helpful I believe his name was Steve. When I stated the sensor was still coming on to the gentleman that checked me in he asked if I wanted it looked at. I did bring that up at check in and was told at pick up that everything was good. I was not told until I asked that it would need to be looked at again for sensor diagnostics. Long story short i should have been made aware that the sensor was not checked only bulbs. Also this is at least the second time I have had it looked at

pretty good

first half great but second half had trouble getting parts. got parts and service was good after that. I had to find the part myself, and corp didn't seem to care about helping me
