Everyone was friendly, professional and the work was done quickly they had fresh coffee and the waiting room was clean. We were also able to go out and look at the vehicle inventory while we were there.

Good service advisors and service technicians. Got in for service sooner than expected. Work was completed on time. Exact nature of repairs needed were fully explained.

Service was good. However, much to be desired in customer service aspect of answering calls. We tried numerous times to call for an appointment. Each time voicemail kept sending me in an endless loop. NEVER was able to speak to a person and nobody returned my call when I finally got to leave a message.

Lithia service department is always great. They complete the work in a timely manner and it is always done to our satisfaction. I would recommend Lithia to anyone I know who is looking for an automobile.

Tyde was great help in sales! Saved his sales when finance guy Chris made me mad by trying to forcé extended warranty on me and got mad after I refused. I was out the door if not for Tyde coming out to talk to me and himself doing paperwork on my purchase!
