The service department was friendly and quick to perform the oil change on both our vehicles. They informed us up front that it would take approximately one hour for each vehicle but were able to get each one done in 45 minutes each.

The service department this time was fairly quick in completing the requested service. Both people I met were nice and personable. Only complaint is that the chairs in waiting area are way too low so I had no where to sit comfortably.

Will not recommend they were not easy to work with and I can in pre approved. It took over an hour wait as internet was down and our sales rep didn’t sit and talk with us she was out with out clients

I have bought four cars from Lithia. The fourth one, a 2008 Dodge Nitro ended up smoking with a flashing check engine light on the way home. Had it towed back to Lithia, after a couple of days they figured out what was wrong and they are going to fix it at their expense. This shows they care about their returning customers. Celina was pleasant to work with. Great salesperson.
