Horrible experience!

I would absolutely NOT recommend this place. Sold my husband a truck, he didn’t even make it home before he had to stop and have it towed the rest of the way. Got it checked by a mechanic, and they deemed it completely unsafe to drive - it never should have been allowed to drive off the lot. It is a total loss, unable to be fixed, and after hearing our situation conveniently the manager is never available to speak. On top of that, they were supposed to refund a deposit which has not been done either. Very shady business practices!

Veteran Taken advantage of...

Auto for less took advantage of a veteran who served her country. From the moment I drove off the check engine light came on. Took the car back because of white smoke coming out the tailpipe...Was told to bring the car back but it started leaking oil and wouldn't crank. Called Dee the salesman told him the car wouldn't start. He tried to get me to pay for towing. Not caring that I have a child and didn't even have the money to tow. He said he would call a tow guy pitch in to pay them ghosted me just like the devil. Worst car buying experience of my life. I'm suffering with Bipolar Depression which comes with severe mania in which I have to be treated and go back and forth to see my doctor. Now I'm out of my hard earned money and have no transportation and my stress is becoming unbearable.

My experience with auto 4 less has been very good

When I had a problem with the first car from them.George the owner got on it asap so they couldn't fix it in the time frame he wanted so he put me in a newer vehicle, I had no problems, I had this car almost 2 years now and almost paid off great customer service overall good quality for me. 2011 Chevy Traverse

I got a car, got minor problems but so far so good. I would tell somebody else about them but will also tell them to test drive and make sure its the vechicle

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM AUTO 4 LESS

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. If I could give zero stars I would. I recently purchased a used car at Auto 4 Less. During the test drive I noticed that the engine light was on, so of course I had them check it out to see what was causing it. I was told that it was a sensor, and that it wouldn’t cost more than $200 to replace. They offered to take $200 off of the price to compensate for the repair, but they wouldn’t fix it at the dealership, which should’ve been a red flag. They somehow “reset” the sensor so that it would pass inspection, and I drove off the lot only to have the check engine light come back on on the way home. In addition to the light being on, the AC had stopped blowing cold air, and the idle became jerky when I was slowing down or stopped. I took the car to autozone that same day where I found out that the intake manifold was causing the light to come on. I took it to a mechanic, who quoted me at a little over $800 for the repair. Not wanting to spend that kind of money on a car I just bought, I took it back to the dealership, and was told that they would replace the manifold if I paid the $200 that they originally discounted. I chose the $200 repair over the $800 repair, which was a huge mistake, because the engine light was back on a day later. In addition to the ineffective repair, the man at the dealership who I’d been dealing with told me that I needed to replace some hoses. I took it back to my mechanic and was told that this time it was the thermostat setting off the light, and a closer look under the hood revealed that the hoses I’d been told about were bubbling up and could’ve started leaking at any time. I’m now having to pay another $500 to replace the thermostat, hoses, etc so my car doesn’t overheat and destroy the engine. Do NOT buy a car from this dealership. They have unqualified mechanics and show no concern for the people buying their problematic vehicles. I’m convinced that they somehow rig their vehicles to appear fine, only to have them start falling apart the day you drive off the lot. If you’re considering buying a used car, Auto 4 Less is NOT THE PLACE TO GO!

Scam artist

This dealership has nothing but problem cars with salvage titles. They are nice and put you in a car with no hassle for the right price. As soon as I left the lot the car gave me problems. I was told to bring it back for two days for repairs which they didn't fix. The car was doing the same thing until I brought it to my mechanic. Don't trust these people ,liar's and scam artist.

The cardealership overpriced the merchandise,of course U must make some profits BUT please NOT 2 much compare w/the condition of the car after embalming it a lot!Overall it's ok .U must make a very good judgement B4 U decide 2 buy
