Everyone in there is rude and they charge entirely too much for cars with salvaged titles. I would’ve been better off getting a brand new car. They tell you they don’t report your credit but, they do. everything about it was just horrible

My wife and I were planning on buying a used car and we checked everything about the car and the dealership. On the day we were planning on going in to test drive and finance it we called to confirm coming in and found out that the advertised price was cash only despite having talked to them earlier that day and discussed financing. The advertised price of $7,000 never said that it was cash only. On Cars.com and on the dealer’s website this was not mentioned. They said that if we were to finance the car then the price would be over $9,000. When I asked about other cars that were in our price range he searched for them on the company’s website which, according to him, was all cash only “discounts” and recommended that we “look on the site” to find a car that would work. I expected in going to a used car dealership to deal with people who are just waiting for an opportunity to take advantage of you but I didn’t expect to be lied to and deceived so bluntly.

The salesman way over charged me for the 2009 Volkswagen CC with 120k miles. They are now selling that same exact car but a recent year of 2012 with 62k miles for the same amount of money they sold me the 2009 with 120k miles. Lots of problems came about the car after I purchased it cash. They had promised to repair the seat belt. When I got near Bmt there goes the ding ding noise. They lied to me they never repaired the seat belt. Suppose to be bringing the car to Volkswagen in Bmt next week so they can check out all the problems. It's a nice car, but well over charged. Never purchase a car cash form Cars 4Less. I learned from my big mistake. The salesman also had the nerve to tell me, when you get ready to sell the car, you would get the exact money you paid for the car. I looked at him, and told him you not fooling with a dummy. So what I did, I tried saleing the car back to them. Guess how much they offered me? 6k. Never again I will purchase another car from them.

Looking for good used car. Found exactly what I was looking for. It had everything I wanted and needed. Didn't check credit was able to put down payment and leave off the lot same day with low monthly payment no problem

Good service. I have had a little bit of miscommunication and misinformation, but other than that good. Marina has been helping me out a lot.

Ad said it had a reliable motor & cold AC. Check engine light was on & the AC didn't work, only sir blowing out of the defrost vent no matter what position the switch was in. The salesman said he'd give me a good deal. I told him no thanks it's too hot in Texas to drive a black car with no AC
