Auto 4 Less

This dealer appeared with a listing for the specific vehicle I was looking to buy. It was on offer at an attractive price point and had fairly low mileage. I sent a simple, one dimensional question to the dealer through Cars.com: Would they provide a Carfax report for the car in question? The response I got : "Thank you for your interest in our 20xx Honda Xxxxx. For more information on this great deal, call xxx-xxx-xxxx. " Signed with a representative's name. I politely replied to the email re-iterating my interest in the car, but to review the Carfax first, before taking next steps, especially since they were 30+ miles away. The email came back as undeliverable. So I posted the repeat question through the website, addressing the employee by name. Never received a response. I realized that if I could not even get my very first question answered in the pre-sale stage, that this was not the right dealership to engage for my next vehicle purchase.

Called and emailed multiple time about a particular vehicle and the day that I drove over 120 miles to buy it the vehicle was still on the website. (arrived before the dealership was opened) once I got there there were very unhelpful in finding the vehicle. And once we did they informed us that it had been sold two days before. Even though I had called the afternoon before and told me they still had it for sale.
