Had an appointment at 1:40 for an oil change. Arrived before the appointment but it took them untill 1:50 to even check me in even though they were not with another customer at that moment. Clearly stated that my odomiter has kilometers and that they need to convert it into miles before puting it in the system. Looked at the estimate and they put it in as miles, so had to get them to change it. At 4:30 they said 10 more minutes. They were not done untill after 5. Needed the car to pick up my son from daycare. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Mitsubishi Motors
Great experience while waiting for the repair. Mitsubishi Motors also made it easier for the car purchase. Great service. Very professional employees. I purchased my Mitsubishi Outlander seven years ago at Puente Hills and since we moved here in the Bay, i bring it to Hayward Mitsubishi for service needed, repair or recall. I trust Mitsubishi.

Great Customer Service and friendly staff
I would like to say thank you to Ms. Jacklyn and Mr. Aldwin for making our car buying experience marvelous. Ms. Jacklyn reached out to us after we requested quote on true cars, she courteous and easy to reach. She assisted us with getting the information on the car we wanted and was able to ship the car, we wanted to their location for us to see/test drive. When we arrived to the dealership, we were greeted by Mr. Aldwin, he was nice and friendly. He was very knowledgeable on the PHEV we wanted to look at and potentially purchase. Once we started looking at the car, he starting showing us all the functions and features of the PHEV. He explained how the charging the battery would work and the difference between 110/220. During the test drive he explained the different type of modes for the vehicle. After the test drive and into the negotiation period Mr. Aldwin was not pushy or judgmental. At one point during the negotiation period, Mr. Aldwin noticed that we needed some personal time to discuss the car. He asked if we needed a moment and we said yes he then he walked away and waited until we were ready for him to come over to continue the conversation. Mr. Aldwin and Ms. Jacklyn were patient and understanding during the whole process.

WARNING ... do not buy at Hayward Mitsubishi
I bought a 2019 truck there and regret it I put $8,000. Down and took the truck home and many problems with the engine first day home. They clean the inside and outside very well but at a better glance at the mechanical and suspension aspects and found many problems they new and failed to mention. I told them about these problems, they said. They would fix it but would have to wait 3 days 2 days is when the lemon law stops where you can legally get your money back and must be driven under 100 miles. I put 163 miles on the vehicle because I live in santa cruz, wich is roughly 80 miles away one way. I brought the truck back to the dealership on day three and they refused to fix the truck after they said. In good faith that they would address the problems or give me my money back..... in short I warn anyone buying a vehicle from them. They buy all thier cars from action but they don't do any refurbished engine work to the used cars, only clean ups for ready to sale, this was told to me by an employee there who said. They are crooks but it was too late for me, I'm stuck with a lemon. WARNING !
