This dealership got it right from the very first test drive. I actually drove several different makes, and Kia quickly rose to the top. The informative, low-key but attentive approach of the young salesman who did the test drive convinced me to return to this dealership for my purchase. Very pleased with the car and the experience.

Great customer service. I brought my 2016 Kia Forte in for routine maintenance. When I came in they were busy, but no less then 3 people said they'd be right with me and they were. Very easy and quick check in process. They were very friendly and courteous, even though they were busy. The waiting area was clean, well lit and comfortable. There was coffee and snacks. They said it would take about an hour for the servicing and they were right. It did not feel like a long wait.
