We had a flat tire.

We had a flat tire. The pump wasn’t operable when we opened it so we went to two gas stations to inflate the tire unit to find out the was a broken seal on the spare. We picked an inflated spare up from Josh at the dealership and scheduled a time a few days later for a replacement tire. After dropping off the car, we are told they didn’t have the tire in stock and it would take a few days to get. (We bought the car from them and scheduled a appt to have it replaced. You’d think they’d have the tire ready). After picking up the vehicle, we discover the next time we went to use the trunk that the new spare tire had never been put back in the Spare tire holder underneath the trunk. It was only left in the trunk area. Additionally, the pump was never replaced. So now we have no pump to inflate the spare tire should we have another flat. Disappointed all the way around in this dealership.

Upsetting did not accept our romeo warranty

Upsetting did not accept our romeo warranty company, FIDELITY which we purchase at time of buying car. Would not work with us to call FIDELITY

very disaapointed, the car was listed as 26242 niles on

very disaapointed, the car was listed as 26242 niles on autotrader and on your website, when i car delivered it was over 29000 miles, this is more than 3000 miles differences, Austin promissed to do something about it but he didn't. that is very dissapointing..

Very poor dealership.

Very poor dealership. Show room clean. No amendments for customers did not treat me right because of a extended warranty. car in the shop for 2 weeks after it was done day one....

My appointment for service was due to a recall for my

My appointment for service was due to a recall for my Alfa Romero. After I dropped it off, my car wasn't there much longer that they called me and reported the car being ready to pick up. As a thoughtful gesture, Mike made a video of my car while it was in the service area and sent it to me. It was a great feature to compliment a more personal service. The dealership is impressive. The sales floor is perfection and the salesman and service department are professional and personable.
