My experience at the Maserati dealership was terrible. They fabricated issues and overcharged for unnecessary work. Untrustworthy service. CROOKS!!

I will never do business with this dealership again.

I will never do business with this dealership again. In fact I will probably never buy another Alfa Romeo product again. When I went to lease my vehicle 3 years ago I thought they were a little pushy but I overlooked it. Now 3 years later I go in to buy out my lease and they were just rude and condescending. They were unprepared to complete the final paperwork and then treated me like it was my fault that I didn't have the necessary documents that they never told me I needed! ( I was then told it wasn't the financial managers fault. This was his first buy out!) in 35 years of car buying I've never felt like this. They make you feel like they're doing you a favor selling you an overpriced vehicle!!! I now know why there's never anyone in the show room when I go in there. This place is terrible!!!

The customer rep was short and kind of had an attitude whenever I would ask questions not good customer service considering i have multiple dealership i can take my business too.

Great dealership with great people.

Great dealership with great people. Love the service department. The shuttle service is fantastic. The manager Jaime is so professional and Josh the service manager is so helpful and professional also.
