I d always drive 120 miles to check on my car , change tires and oil instead of visiting the one near my place which is 30 mnts away - I live the team - they are very professional, and on time

Great service all around!

Great service all around! Really appreciate the proactive warranty work, and Amanda was excellent with promt updates and communicating service options. Also like the pick up/ drop off option without asking and they always have a loaner available. First class dealership!

Dishonest and illegal business practices.

Dishonest and illegal business practices. Charged $400 for a faulty repair. Also, lied to me to avoid contractual obligation to honor an Alfa Romeo factory issued warranty (Mopar Max Care). Treated me with disrespect and a dismissive attitude.

Service appointments start when scheduled; work is

Service appointments start when scheduled; work is completed quickly and Service Tech provides a video of the vehicle inspection. Only one negative and this is new - they started adding a service charge for payment by credit card. When we're paying premium rates for parts and labor we shouldn't be incrementally covering credit card fees.

My salesman, Ayman Habibi, was wonderful.

My salesman, Ayman Habibi, was wonderful. I ran him in circles for a week in order to facilitate this transaction. He did everything is asked. Answers all questions I posed to him. I had to drive 4.5 hours to get this car and needed to ensure that everything was in order and Ayman was up to the task. Upon meeting him in person, his knowledge and passion for cars is evident and he is such a pleasure to be around. He's an asset to your company
