Charged me $1,300 to diagnose and fix an issue.

Charged me $1,300 to diagnose and fix an issue. Several trips back & forth later, the issue has not been fixed, they refuse to refund the erroneous $600 “diagnosis fee”, handed me my keys with a shrug, and have since ghosted me. One of the worst ordeals I’ve ever dealt with at ANY dealership.

I have had a few bad experiences with this service

I have had a few bad experiences with this service center. Last time they actually put the wrong tires on the car after a specific conversation and quote took place. As a result the tires I didnt want wore out in 7k miles like they always do because they are trash. This time around...the oil change was 30.percent higher than last time with no communication regarding significant higher prices. It is time to go back to the main line which is an additional 45 minutes away but worth it.
