Great buying experience
We just recently bought a KIA Soul from Fred Beans. Our salesman Matt could not have been nicer. He was very accommodating. Also the team at Fred Beans was very helpful in getting us into the car we want for the price we wanted to pay. They were also very helpful in getting us a finance option that other dealers would not even consider.

Kia Rio 2018
I was very happy with the selling process. This is my second Kia that I have purchased and I was very pleased with the performance of my Kia Spectra which I owned for 11 years. I am hoping that my Kia Rio will perform just as well and as long.

Beware Lying Scam Artist!
Beware Lying Scam Artist! Took my Kia there for a simple $190.00 repair job and the technician caused $670.00 of body damage. Service manager and foreman both called me a liar and after offering to pay half the damage they caused they backed out and rescinded the agreement. There are other Kia dealerships in this area, please use them not Fred Beans or else you could be next!

2018 Kia Sportage
We did not like the sly attempt to sell us additional coverage at signing. We came close to stopping the purchase and buying from another dealer. Trying to trick the buyer at the last moment is a very unprofessional way to sell cars. Very possible that we would not buy from this dealer again.

Unusual service
Made appt. online, which I liked. Needed a ride home and there were 5 of us. Should have been more courtesy shuttle drivers, and my driver misunderstood where I lived. Got a tour of surrounding area before being dropped off at home. Was told during check in that car would be ready around noon, but didn?t receive a phone call. At 4:45, finally got a call asking me if I could be there by 5 to get my car or if I would pick it up tomorrow. Luckily, I live close, so I was able to get my car. I?ve been servicing my car here for 4 years and this was the first time I wasn?t satisfied. I spoke to the service manager on duty when I arrived about my disappointment. He told me another manager called me and left a message, but I never got the call or message. My car was pulled up to the curb, and I was walked to my car after paying for my service. Hoping this lack of attention to detail doesn?t happen again!
