Purchased a precertified preowned Kia Forte from Fred Beans Kia Ford in Mechanicsburg, Pa, and couldn't have had a better experience. I got a really good deal on this car. Nick couldn't have been nicer or more professional. I think this has been the most positive experience in buying a car I have ever had. My salesman Jake was awesome. Worked very diligently along with the rest of the great staff to get me into the car I wanted. And the service staff are just as wonderful. Always have a smile. And I love that they have a shuttle service too!

Fred Beans Kia
My camera broke in my Kia Soul, they were great at finding out it was still under warranty. Also got my transmission fluid changed. They were so professional. And saved us a lot of money.

New Car Purchase and Service
Purchased my Kia Optima new in 2016. McCafferty/Fred Beans gave me the price on it I was looking for and the best price in the area at the time. Have only had it in for inspections and oil changes this far but service has been great.

New car buyer
The sales process was tedious but the sales associate, Nick, was very helpful, professional and personable. I was disappointed in the cleaning of my new car. There were finger prints, smudges and swirls on the exterior of my brand new car. The door jams were not wiped down at all. There were also smudges on the interior of the windows. The car is amazing and as soon as the weather cooperates I will clean it properly!

Service department was waiting for my arrival at the scheduled time with all paperwork ready. I was directed to the clean and stylish waiting room. I was offered free drinks of my choice. I felt comfortable being there.
