New Veloster purchase

Very happy with the whole purchase of our vehicle. Had not planned on buy the day we went shopping but things came together. We spotted a vehicle that would meet our needs and after a test drive we decided to purchase. The car was at the price point we wanted.

Overall good experience

It was a please working with Dan Rose. He was never super pushy or made me feel uncomfortable. I had to return to the dealer for a routine maintenance test that should have been taken care of before I drove my car off the lot, but other than that it was a good dealership experience!

Pleasant Car Buying Experence

I had a great experience leasing a car from Grossinger. Both Ron my sales rep and Josh the Sales Mgr. were just great, easy to communicate with and most important very little stress.

Good deal,clean dealership. Friendly staff. Overall experience was excellent. Good service staff. Helpful with financing automobile. If I were to buy another car I would probably return does this dealership.

Buying a Hyundai sonata

I came into the Grossinger Hyundai Palatine dealership just after landing at O'Hare from a 4 hour flight. Within 4 more hours I walked out of the door and drive home in my newly leased Hyundai Sonata Sport.

Go Grossinger!!!

Over 30 years ago, I bought my first car at Grossinger. Well, I'm not sure what car I'm on now, but I returned Grossinger. I'm very glad I did -- they had a wide variety of cars to look at, the salesperson I dealt with was patient, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. All of the people on the floor were pleasant, accommodating, and seemed to work as a team. The financial folks were able to work within my budget. I had to go back to the Service Center for a few minor things and I was in and out within fifteen minutes. The service person, Omar, was awesome. I'd highly recommend Grossinger for your car needs - buying, leasing, servicing - they've been great.

Horrible Customer Service

- Arrogant sales rep. - Leased a 2016 brand new Tuscon, car was rattling the next day. Sales rep made no effort to ensure it would be corrected. - Was told the car is "not a gallon of milk, titled in my name and cannot be returned" - Overall: rude and condescending, there are better Hyundai dealerships out there, skip this one.
